We stand behind everything we design and sell, and want you to be as happy with your BIKE WORKS purchase as we are to have you in the BIKE WORKS community.
We will gladly return any item as long as it was purchased directly from the BIKE WORKS website within 30 days, brand new, uninstalled, with no signs of attempted installation, and still in the original packaging.
Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment within 4 to 6 days of arriving at our warehouse.
